Class of 2024 cap

I did not receive a .svg file. What was marked .svg was a SVG document and not a cut file. I was able to use the .png but it took me some to figure that the .svg was actually a document

Hello - I just wanted to let you know. You should have received 4 files in the zip file that you downloaded with your purchase (sometimes 5 if I add an additional white PNG). Some computers don’t recognize the SVG as it is and will rename it (usually to an html file). If you have extracted the files to your computer, you will see JPG, PNG, DXF, and the last file is your SVG. Even tho it might be named something else. If you go into your software program and import that file, it should work.
